If you've been wondering what Andre Levingston has been cooking up with the GM from The Saint John Mill Rats & Quebec Kebs, well, here is the answer!

The National Basketball League of Canada

So far, Barrie, London, Kingston, Oshawa & Moncton have submitted letters of intent to join The Rainmen, Mill Rats, and Kebs.

There will be a strong mandate for Canadian Players in The NBLCanada to develop Canadian talent.

All Teams will have Stock in the League, all Teams will be represented on a Board Of Directors, and will have an opportunity to vote on all Issues in the League.
