The Doctors dish on The Ultimate Hangover Breakfast.

When I used to drink, Hangover day was nothing but sleep, but for some people eating is an option. You might want to try this is you can keep anything down.....

This Hangover Smoothie Recipe is a great way to start you're day after a night out. It's loaded with vitamin B6 to increase metabolism rate, potassium for depleted electrolytes, plus magnesium and honey to fuel your liver.

Ingredients:

- 1 Cup of Milk (vitamin D)

- 1 Whole Banana (rich in vitamin B6 and potassium)

- 1 Tbsp of Honey (loaded with magnesium)

- Cup of Ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend well and enjoy!

The Hangover Omelet Recipe provides vitamin B12 to deliver a quick energy boost, plus asparagus for 2/3 of your daily dose of vitamin K, which helps overall brain function.

Ingredients :

- 1/4 cup of egg substitute(protein)

- 1-oz. of low-fat cheddar cheese (vitamin B12)

- 2 Pieces of Asparagus(a detox vegetable loaded with potassium)

- Tbsp of butter or 1 Tbsp of olive oil

Heat a nonstick sauté pan over medium-low heat. Add the butter and let it melt. Let the eggs cook until the bottom starts to set. With a rubber spatula, push edge of egg into the center of the pan while tilting the pan to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath the already cooked portions. Repeat until liquid egg is cooked. Gently flip cooked egg over using the spatula. Add cheese and cooked asparagus. Cook for another few seconds. Using the spatula, fold one edge of the egg across and over until the edges line up. Transfer to a plate.

To prepare the asparagus, place it in a large skillet of water, bring to a boil, and simmer uncovered until tender.
